To place your order, we will need the following information:

-Your Name
-Shipping Address
-Telephone Number
-Your Email Address
-Items you are ordering

For payment by mail, make your check payable to "ARM USA" and mail to:

If paying via credit card, please note that we accept Visa or Mastercard only. We will need to know a couple more things:

-Name Exactly as it Appears on the Card
-Billing Address and Zip Code of the Credit Card
-16-digit Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
-3-Digit Number on the Back / Signature Panel of the Card

The required information can be emailed. If you are uneasy about emailing CC info, you can either send it in 2 parts via email, or fax to (888) 550-5074.

Most items are shipped via Fedex Ground. If there is no one available to sign for a package during the day, you may wish to have your order shipped to your place of business. A signature is required for delivery.
