By ordering product(s) from ARM USA, you (Buyer) agree to the terms of Sale as Stated herein. These terms can be found at http://www.50bmgstore.com/terms.htm and may not be changed without prior written consent of ARM USA and Buyer.
All federal and local laws apply to all firearm/ammunition transactions. Customer is responsible for knowing local and state laws which apply to him/her. If unsure, a local Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer should be consulted. If you place an order with ARM USA, you warrant that you are of legal age required for the purchase or possession of such items and that you are not prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing said items.
Prior to an order shipping, all pertinent paperwork must be on file at ARM
USA. For ammunition, a signed statement declaring that the purchaser is at least
18 years of age and is not prohibited form purchasing or possessing ammunition
must be in our possession, along with a copy or purchaser's driver's license
or other state issued identification. For firearms, an ink-signed copy of licensee's
FFL must be in our possession prior to shipment.
Items which ARM USA does not normally stock or which are out-of-stock can be
special ordered. Payment in full is required prior to ordering.
All prices reflect a cash discount. Payment is accepted in cash or postal
money order. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 14 days - without
exception.
Checks returned for NSF or stop payment reasons subject purchaser to a $30
charge. No future payment from said purchaser will be accepted, other than
cash or
postal
money order.
Claims of damaged shipments or shortages must be made to ARM USA within 24
hours of receipt. Shipments are shipped FOB Anaheim, CA, and ARM USA's responsibility
ceases when delivery of your shipment is made to the carrier in good order.
Claims against the carrier for damaged shipments must be made within the time
frame prescribed buch such carrier.
ARM USA makes no warranties, express or implied, on any product we sell, either
new or pre-owned. All pre-owned firearms should be checked with a competent
gunsmith for function and safety prior to being used or re-sold by you. Each
manufacturer may have its own warranty and it is the purchaser's responsibility
to seek service if necessary.
ARM USA is NOT a warranty service center for any merchandiseand provides no
warranty against defects in workmanship, design or otherwise. Items found
to
be defective should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
The manufacturer should be contacted prior to return. Each
manufacturer may have its own warranty and it is the purchaser's responsibility
to seek service if necessary.
No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. All returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee, or $200, whichever is more. Returned items that were
paid by credit card are subject to an additional restocking cancellation fee
of 7%. California DROS fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges, outbound
and
inbound, are non-refundable. Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking
fee if they are not to be re-shipped and a $20 service charge. If re-shipped,
additional shipping charges will apply, along with a
$20 service charge. ARM USA does NOT offer an inspection period. There
is NO 3-DAY
RIGHT OF REFUSAL on purchases from ARM USA. You will ALWAYS get what
you paid
for from ARM USA.
